Objective
Holdina wanted to drive sales of its premium Class Plus fuel at the pump, not just raise awareness of it — so it made every entry cost a receipt from a Class Plus fill-up. The quiz's questions doubled as a crash course in the fuel's benefits, and the entry form captured contact details the brand could follow up with as leads.
Solution
Drivers reached the quiz from a short link shared in press coverage, social posts and a how-to video, then filled in a form with their details and the receipt number from a Class Plus fill-up to unlock a round. Each round served five random questions about the fuel, drawn from a larger pool, with a countdown ticking as the player answered — points came from both getting it right and answering fast. A tap through to Holdina's Class Plus product page was built into the flow before or after play. Players could return with a new receipt for up to ten rounds total, each time facing a fresh set of questions, and the week's top scorers went into a random draw for gift cards.
Results
10,819 users registered to play, and together they logged 21,830 completed rounds — more than 10 days and 23 hours of combined play time.
- 1
The campaign is unlocked by a receipt: a driver who fuels up with the premium Class Plus grade at a Holdina/Energopetrol station gets a receipt number, then follows a short link from the campaign's advertising to the promo page on their phone, where a title screen invites them into a short quiz about the fuel.

- 2
Before playing, the player fills in an entry form with personal details and the receipt number; the number is validated and unlocks the quiz, and a fresh receipt is required for every attempt.
- 3
The quiz itself draws five questions at random from a pool of 21, all about the properties and benefits of Class Plus fuel; each question is answered under a time limit, and points are awarded both for correct answers and for speed.
- 4
After the fifth question, the player sees a results screen showing their point total and time remaining, alongside a leaderboard of top scores.
- 5
From the results screen, players can also jump to a separate page explaining the Class Plus fuel and laying out the campaign's official rules.

- 6
Players can retake the quiz up to ten times to try for a better score, each attempt drawing a new set of questions and requiring a new receipt number.
- 7
Winners are chosen weekly from the best scores, topped up with a random draw, and announced on the brand's social media; prizes are gift cards to the fuel retailer's network, with the largest awarded in the campaign's final week.
