Objective

Levi's wanted to draw shoppers into its skate corner at Citadium Paris and give the new Levi's Skateboarding collection launch a reason to linger, rewarding engagement with prizes tied to pro skater Matteo Sinet.

Solution

The game runs on a touchscreen kiosk set up in Levi's corner on the shop floor. The player steps up, hops "on" a skateboard, and rides through a hand-illustrated Paris streetscape toward the Citadium storefront, steering to grind along benches, ledges, and escalators as they go. Giant pigeons swoop in as obstacles to dodge along the way, and clipping one or losing balance sends the run back to the start. Reaching Citadium without falling ends the session as a win, and the store's best runs earn a skateboard autographed by Matteo Sinet, with branded goodies for other players.

How it plays

7 steps
  1. 1

The game runs on a touchscreen kiosk in a dedicated Levi's corner of the Citadium Paris store, inviting shoppers to grab a virtual skateboard and try to reach the store without falling; tapping the screen starts the run.

  2. 2

Movement is automatic: the skateboarder scrolls forward along hand-drawn Paris streets while the player steers to stay on course.

  3. 3

Obstacles line the route, including oversized pigeons the player must dodge.

  4. 4

Street furniture doubles as trick terrain, letting the player grind along objects such as escalators.

  5. 5

Falling ends the run immediately and sends the player back to the starting point, so reaching the goal requires a clean pass.

  6. 6

The run's objective is to reach Citadium, with the store itself serving as the in-game finish line.

  7. 7

Players walk away with a prize: the strongest run wins a skateboard autographed by Matteo Sinet, while others receive branded goodies.
