Objective

MSI wanted gaming fans to engage with its prebuilt desktop lineup as something worth playing with, not just browsing a spec sheet for. Under the line "don't pick when you can have it all," the brand framed its PCs as a way to get everything a console can't offer, and needed a format that would hold a gamer's attention long enough to walk them through six different rigs.

Solution

Landing on iwantitall.merci-michel.com, players pick a language and hit "Play Now" to drop straight into a fullscreen, retro-styled brick breaker — no install, no account. They slide a paddle left and right to keep a ball in play, smashing bricks arranged across the screen, and catch power-ups that tumble out of broken bricks to twist the round in their favor and rack up a higher score. Each MSI desktop model — Aegis, Trident, Infinite, Codex, Meta — cycles through as the backdrop while they play, so the run doubles as a tour of the lineup. The round ends on a final score, which sets the prize tier the player can claim; a separate "Prizes & PCs" section spells out exactly which flagship systems and peripherals are up for grabs.

How it plays

9 steps
  1. 1

A brief loading sequence gives way to a neon retro-3D brick-breaker arena; the title screen presents the "I Want It All" campaign copy naming the possible prizes and the campaign end date (Aug 21, 2022), alongside a PLAY NOW button and a PRIZES & PCS shortcut.

  2. 2

Before playing, an optional carousel introduces six power-up bonuses named after MSI product traits (Scale, Simultaneity, Power, Future Shield, Battle Ready, Personalization), one per card; a START GAME button sits below regardless of how many cards get viewed.

  3. 3

The PRIZES & PCS shortcut opens an overlay laying out a score-based prize tier list next to a showcase of MSI's desktop lineup (Aegis, Trident, Infinite, Codex, Meta), framing the brick-breaker as a way to browse the range.

  4. 4

Starting a round drops the camera behind the paddle facing a wall of bricks; after a 3-2-1 countdown the ball launches, and the paddle is steered by clicking and holding to slide it left and right.

  5. 5

The core loop is classic brick-breaking: the ball bounces between paddle, bricks, and side walls, breaking bricks for points tracked in a lives-and-score HUD. Some bricks drop a floating bonus capsule that, if caught by the paddle, activates a named power-up (e.g. Scale lengthens the paddle) that changes the round's rules.

  6. 6

Missing the ball flashes the screen red and costs one of three lives, after which the round resumes immediately with the ball reset on the paddle and another countdown.

  7. 7

After the third lost life the round ends, and a final-score screen shows which prize tier was reached against the full tier list, where higher score thresholds unlock progressively better MSI prizes and unreached tiers appear grayed out.

  8. 8

From the final screen, players can retry immediately into a fresh round through the bonus carousel, with no limit on attempts per session.

  9. 9

Scores only count toward the prize draw during the campaign window, through Aug 21, 2022; after that date the game remains playable but no longer qualifies for a prize.
