Objective
Givenchy Beauty wanted to become the first luxury beauty house with a permanent presence on Roblox, building affinity with Gen Z players where they already spend their time rather than pushing a sale. The brief called for a real game rather than an ad unit — branded items would be won through play, not bought — so the house could read as a lifestyle and self-expression brand staying close to pop culture and platform-native creator habits.
Solution
Players arrive in the gardens of a 16th-century manor and wander freely between themed zones: a dancefloor built around the Irresistible fragrance, the L'Interdit metro station, a makeup gazebo, a runway, a pool and a photo booth. A UGC Quests menu tracks a running list of tasks — hunting down hidden logos, dancing for a set number of minutes, walking the runway show three times, finding a hidden maze — and each one completed drops a free Givenchy-branded avatar accessory into the player's inventory. A beauty-contest loop turns the house's product categories into the core game: players make up their avatar, walk it down the catwalk, and other players vote, with the top three landing on a podium. The manor is then re-dressed with new zones, quests and rewards each season — a Winter Escape, a Pride makeover — so there's a reason to come back rather than a one-off event to miss.
Results
18.2 million lifetime visits and 51,380 favourites on Roblox as of September 2026; the developer's own case study cites 121M+ minutes played and an 82% like rating. The house passed 10.7 million visitors by December 2023 and drew over 2 million participants in its first phase. Its signature quest rewards show the depth of play behind those totals: the Le Rouge Cross-body Bag has been claimed nearly 2.9 million times, the 4G Scavenger Hunt skateboard close to 940,000 times, and the Prisme Libre Ear Muffs over 635,000 times.

The player finds Givenchy Beauty House on Roblox, a verified branded page promising an improved runway, makeup looks and a dance floor, and presses play with no purchase or tutorial gate. Spawning in the gardens of a 16th-century manor styled after founder Hubert de Givenchy's own house, the player walks freely into the space.

An on-screen UGC Quests menu lists every open quest and functions as the player's to-do list for the whole house; completing a quest unlocks its matching Givenchy avatar accessory for free.

A scavenger-hunt mechanic runs through the map: the player searches the spawn area, dance floor, subway, runway, pool, makeup gazebo and a tree for 10 hidden Givenchy logos to earn an accessory, and a later scavenger-hunt mini-game added in March 2023 rewards a White 4G Skateboard the same way.

At the makeup station the player creates a look for their avatar and, in contest rounds, must match it to a set theme to qualify; when a show starts, registered players take turns on the runway, the others vote afterward, and the top three sit on a podium until the next show. Finishing three shows unlocks the 4G Cap.

On the Irresistible dance floor, named for the fragrance, the player dances to build up 600 total seconds of dancing, not necessarily consecutive, and earns the Irresistible Backpack.
- 6
Down in the L'Interdit metro station, the house's second fragrance zone, the player interacts with a vending machine to receive the Le Rouge Cross-body Bag.
- 7
A hidden route inside the subway lets the player step through the curtains of an 'out of order' photo booth into a maze; completing it unlocks the secret 4G Sunglasses.
- 8
Outside the quest lines, the player can use a separate photo booth to pose their avatar and hang out at the Givenchy-styled pool between shows.

A December 2023 seasonal layer turns the house into a snow-covered chalet: the player applies that year's holiday makeup products at the stations, visits fragrance-themed spaces for L'Interdit, Irresistible and Gentleman, performs ski tricks on a rink and dances on an igloo floor, and clears a Christmas Tree obstacle course for a digital Voyou Bag, limited-edition earrings and a gifting code redeemable on Givenchy's own website.

A June 2024 seasonal layer redresses the house for Pride Month with rainbow decor, a redesigned dance floor with original music and a selfie area; the player browses and tries on wearables from an interactive showcase of LGBTQ+ Roblox creators, shows the look on the runway, and works through weekly Pride quests that culminate in a virtual Couture Voyou bag reveal at the end of June.
