Objective
Two of efp's professional tracks — logistics and public relations — were heading into the new term short on enrollment, putting the courses themselves at risk. The Brussels training center needed a way to reach people who'd never considered these fields and show them the fit, then carry that interest through to an actual enrollment step.
Solution
The player opens with a short personality quiz — questions about interests and strengths — and gets back a matched career direction, whether that's PR for a writer with an analytical streak or logistics for someone who thrives on team sport and pace. From there the path branches into quizzes on what each course actually covers, plus a casual game built around the specific track: the logistics route recasts the player as a forklift driver in a Pac-Man-style maze, steering through a warehouse, collecting boxes, and picking up power-ups by putting on the right safety gear. Course facts and campus details surface as pop-ups between rounds. Finishing the run triggers an instant-win screen that hands every player a ticket to an e-tour of the course and campus — a virtual open house that carries them into the next step of enrolling.
Results
The campaign's game experiences drew a 72% candidate engagement score, and 457 candidates were reached and connected with the institute.
- 1
The experience opens with a personality test: the player answers a series of questions about their interests, preferences, and strengths, and the results assign a profile pointing to a matching efp profession and course — for example, an interest in writing and an analytical mindset point toward public relations, while team sports and a competitive temperament point toward logistics.
- 2
The player then takes a quiz covering the industry and the content of the matched course, checking and building their knowledge of what the profession involves.
- 3
The route leads into a casual game built around the chosen course; the logistics track reskins Pac-Man, with the player driving a forklift through a warehouse, collecting boxes, and gaining extra abilities when equipping protective safety gear.
- 4
Between and during these stages, interstitial screens and pop-up messages surface course-specific content: the course's strengths, what the diploma leads to, and where the profession can take a graduate.
- 5
The session ends with an instant-win draw: every participant wins a ticket to an e-tour of the course and campus, efp's virtual open-house day.
