Objective
Vitasprint B12 needed to make its claim of supporting nerves, brain function, and cellular metabolism feel real to the German pharmacists who recommend it to customers, rather than just stating it on a package. Grey Group / G2 Hamburg set out to put the brand's mental-performance promise back in front of that audience in a form they'd actually experience, not just read.
Solution
A sales rep sets a deck of cards face-down on the pharmacy counter and invites the pharmacist to play a round of the classic memory game: flip two cards, try to find a match, flip back if they don't. The catch is in the artwork — each pair looks identical at a glance, but the two cards differ by only the tiniest detail, so matching them takes real, sustained concentration. The harder the round gets, the more the game itself makes Vitasprint B12's brain-power pitch: you're not told the product sharpens focus, you're made to feel how hard focus actually is.
- 1
A pharmacist receives the game from a Vitasprint sales representative during a field visit, packaged to look like an ordinary pairs game distributed to pharmacies across Germany.
- 2
The player lays the cards face down and plays by classic memory rules, flipping two cards per turn in search of a matching pair.
- 3
The images on matching cards differ only in minimal details, so the player must spot tiny visual differences rather than simply remember card positions.

- 4
The difficulty turns the round into a concentration test, prolonging the pharmacist's visit and dramatizing Vitasprint B12's promise of mental sharpness.
