Objective
Pocari Sweat's Hong Kong team wanted to turn its core brand cue — sweat from physical effort — into a reason for the audience to engage directly with the brand online rather than through advertising. The idea was to link everyday movement to a tangible social good: helping children facing hardship.
Solution
The game opens straight in the browser at sweatwithheart.com — no app to install. The player keeps moving on screen, and as they do, a meter tracks the "sweat" they're generating in real time. The longer and more actively they keep going, the more that sweat converts into a running donation total on screen. There's no level to clear or score to beat — the point is simply to keep moving for as long as possible. When the player stops, the session ends and their accumulated sweat becomes a real donation from the brand toward children in difficult circumstances.
- 1
The player opens the standalone campaign site sweatwithheart.com, arriving at Pocari Sweat's charity game for children facing hardship in Hong Kong.

- 2
The core loop asks the player to keep moving continuously, with the game built around sustained physical activity rather than level-based clicking.

- 3
The player's accumulated "sweat" converts into a monetary donation: the more they move, the larger the sum directed to children in difficult circumstances.
