Objective
Chip's Burger, a 1950s-style retro burger counter in São Paulo's Santana district, wanted to give guests something to do on the spot rather than just wait around. The brand built a game and placed it directly at the point of sale, on a totem inside the restaurant, so customers could play while their order came up or while they sat at the table.
Solution
The game runs on a standalone totem screen built into the restaurant itself, not on a website or app — customers walk up and play it on the spot, while waiting for their order or seated at a table. It's a self-contained kiosk experience: no link to open, no app to download, just a game console built into the point of sale. The surviving record doesn't detail the specific taps, choices, or on-screen actions involved — only that the totem itself was the entire game.
