Objective
Adidas launched the ZX 2K BOOST sneaker in August 2020 as part of its Originals line. To generate buzz and engage the sneaker enthusiast audience, the brand created an interactive digital experience that combined product discovery with entertainment. The game mechanic tied directly to the new shoe's design DNA while creating a shareable, browser-based entertainment property alongside the retail partnership with Snipes.
Solution
UFOMAMMOOT developed a generative WebGL-powered mobile game built for browser play, eliminating the friction of app installation. The core mechanic centered on dance-themed gameplay where players performed choreographed moves. The experience shipped in three distinct color variations, each matching different colorways of the ZX 2K BOOST collection, allowing players to explore the product range through interactive play. The game functioned as both entertainment and a soft product showcase, accessible directly via web without additional downloads or authentication barriers.
