Objective

SELA, a Russian fashion brand, partnered with Yandex Practicum, hh.ru, and the Work-i employment support initiative to address workforce re-entry challenges. The project aimed to help career changers, returners after employment gaps, and first-time job seekers understand how their life experience translates into professional competencies and opportunities.

Solution

An interactive web-based assessment platform guided users through a multi-step workflow: selecting their career objective, completing interactive tasks to identify transferable skills (communication, organization, visual thinking), receiving a personalized strengths map, and accessing recommended career pathways. Results connected users to Yandex Practicum's career orientation test, hh.ru job listings, and Work-i employment support services. The interface was adaptive and responsive across devices.
