Randstad, a global recruitment and HR services firm, launched an interactive quiz to help professionals evaluate their career satisfaction and fulfillment. The campaign aimed to engage job seekers and identify candidates open to exploring new employment opportunities, generating qualified leads from engaged users who took the assessment.
Solution
An interactive web-based quiz built with HTML5, CSS, SVG, PHP, and CreateJS framework. Users answered questions about their professional fulfillment and career satisfaction to receive personalized results. The experience featured smooth animated transitions, vector graphics, and a flat design aesthetic using a three-color palette (blue, red, yellow). The quiz was hosted at quiz.randstad.pl and emphasize user engagement through interactive design and motion effects.
