Objective
Orange addresses cyberbullying among young people in France, where 20% have experienced harassment. The campaign launched around the International Day Against Cyberbullying (November 10) to provide both awareness and immediate support within gaming spaces where youth are active.
Solution
Safe Zone phone booths deployed across six Fortnite maps and Roblox worlds (with planned expansion to Minecraft). The experience combines two functions: an educational quiz about digital safety practices that awards in-game rewards to players, and a direct connection to cyberbullying support specialists through the French 3018 helpline. The zones were placed in existing maps without requiring purchased land, maintaining clear separation between game and awareness content.
Results
No post-launch engagement metrics published in official sources. Campaign reached tens of thousands of young people through associated partnerships with French football and rugby federations' workshops. No available data on quiz completion rates, helpline referrals, or sales impact.
