Objective

SukuPay, a Web3 decentralized wallet for global money transfers, launched with the goal of demonstrating that international transfers can be fast, fee-free, and accessible to anyone with just a phone number. The campaign needed to showcase the platform's capabilities across borders, build brand awareness, and acquire users by making the complex technology approachable and engaging through interactive gameplay.

Solution

One World, One Dollar is a team-based competitive game where participants register at oneworldonedollar.com and receive $1 in USDC to send through phone numbers across different countries. Teams compete to route the dollar through as many countries as possible (150+ supported), with all transactions processed via SukuPay. The game ran from May 16–30, 2024, built on Polygon's blockchain with infrastructure from Alchemy and Privy. /nk.studio designed the interface and website, featuring a minimalist aesthetic with a two-color palette. Prizes totaled up to $45,000, with the top team earning up to $24,000.

Results

The campaign achieved USDC transfers across 100+ countries on all 7 continents, with the leading team moving the dollar through 59 different countries. The project earned Awwwards Site of the Day on June 8, 2024, with overall rating 7.1/10 (Design 7.06, Usability 7.1, Creativity 7.19, Content 7.06) and a Dev Award of 7.27/10. The game demonstrated successful user acquisition and engagement across geographic regions.
