Objective

Yandex Cloud sought to drive awareness and adoption of SpeechSense, its AI-powered speech analytics platform, by demonstrating real-world capabilities in dialogue evaluation and tagging. The campaign leveraged vc.ru's audience to introduce enterprise decision-makers to the technology's ability to improve customer service quality through data-driven insights.

Solution

An interactive swipe-based web experience hosted on vc.ru allowed participants to listen to seven call recordings and rate operator performance by swiping left or right. Each evaluation was immediately followed by comparison cards showing aggregated community ratings from vc.ru users and SpeechSense AI's own analysis—including call tags, sentiment scores, dialogue summaries, and identified issues. Educational sections explained how dialogue tagging enables pattern recognition and scaling of successful interactions. Users concluded with personalized results and access to a SpeechSense demo request form.
